Role Overview
Petroassist UK is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead the integration of Premier Forecourt & Construction into the wider Petroassist business.
This is a critical role responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering all aspects of the integration programme across operations, people, systems, finance, commercial activities, health & safety, compliance, and customer management. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between both organisations, ensuring integration objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to customers and employees.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, structured programme delivery experience, and the ability to drive change within fast-paced engineering, construction, and field service environments.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Programme Leadership
- Develop and maintain the overall integration plan, milestones, workstreams, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish and manage governance structures, reporting frameworks, and project controls.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across both businesses.
- Ensure delivery against agreed integration objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Operational Integration
- Support the alignment of operational processes, procedures, and service delivery models.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and operational synergies.
- Coordinate the integration of engineering, construction, maintenance, and support functions.
- Ensure continuity of service delivery throughout the integration period.
Systems and Process Alignment
- Lead the integration of business systems, reporting tools, workflows, and operational platforms.
- Work closely with finance, IT, HR, compliance, and operational teams to standardise processes.
- Support data migration, process mapping, and implementation activities.
People and Change Management
- Facilitate effective communication across both organisations.
- Support employee engagement and change management initiatives.
- Coordinate organisational transition activities and workforce integration plans.
- Help establish a unified culture aligned with Petroassist's values and growth ambitions.
Commercial and Customer Management
- Support the integration of customer accounts, contracts, and commercial processes.
- Ensure customer relationships remain strong throughout the transition.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, service expansion, and revenue growth.
Risk, Compliance and Governance
- Maintain a comprehensive integration risk register.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately while driving timely resolution.
- Support post-acquisition performance tracking and benefits realisation.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading business integration, acquisition, merger, or transformation projects.
- Strong project and programme management background.
- Experience within engineering, construction, infrastructure, facilities management, field service, or technical services sectors.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of operational process improvement and change management.
- Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.

- Experience supporting post-acquisition integration programmes.
